Customer Support Specialist for US Companies - South Africa - Multiple Positions

Hiring REMOTE Customer Service Representatives – Multiple positions immediately available.
Compensation: USD $1400 – $2500 per month

Remote Leverage is helping multiple companies hire Customer Service Representatives to manage customer communications and support operations. In this role, you would be working directly with one of Remote Leverage’s partner companies, helping ensure customers receive timely, helpful, and professional support.

The ideal candidate is comfortable managing customer inquiries across multiple channels, maintaining accurate records, and helping resolve issues while supporting a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:
• Provide responsive and professional customer support across email, chat, and support platforms
• Respond to customer inquiries related to products, services, orders, and account issues
• Process customer orders, exchanges, and returns while ensuring accurate documentation
• Maintain detailed customer records and support ticket histories in CRM or helpdesk systems
• Assist customers with product questions, order tracking, and service-related requests
• Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary
• Monitor support requests to ensure timely follow-ups and resolution
• Support internal teams by providing feedback and insights from customer interactions

Qualifications:
• 1+ years of experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar support role
• Experience using customer support platforms such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, Gorgias, HubSpot Service Hub, or Salesforce Service Cloud
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle customer inquiries professionally
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support workflows
• Ability to manage multiple customer conversations while maintaining attention to detail
• Fluent English, both verbal and written
• Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset
