Hiring REMOTE Customer Support Specialists – Multiple positions immediately available.
Compensation: USD $1,400 – $2,500 per month
Remote Leverage is helping multiple companies hire Customer Support Specialists to support their operations remotely. In this role, you would be working directly with one of Remote Leverage’s partner companies.
Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, phone, or tickets promptly and professionally.
• Troubleshoot product, account, billing, or login issues effectively.
• Resolve customer complaints with patience and professionalism.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal team for resolution.
• Document customer interactions accurately and comprehensively.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved.
• Share customer feedback with product or operations teams to improve services.
• Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction in all interactions.
• Preferred Skills & Tools:
• Support tool experience: Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, or similar
• Basic software/account troubleshooting
• Clear issue documentation
• CRM familiarity: Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar
Qualifications:
• +1 Year of experience in a customer service or support role is a must.
• Fluent English, both verbal and written.
• Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset.
• High level of motivation and persistence.
• Energetic and upbeat.
• Team player.
