Hiring REMOTE Customer Success Specialists – Multiple positions immediately available.
Compensation: USD $1,400 – $2,500 per month
Remote Leverage is helping multiple companies hire Customer Success Specialists to support their operations remotely. In this role, you would be working directly with one of Remote Leverage’s partner companies.
Responsibilities:
• Guide new customers through the onboarding process and ensure they understand the product or service.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly via email, chat, phone, or meetings.
• Resolve basic issues and escalate more complex problems to the appropriate team.
• Develop strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and retention.
• Proactively check in with customers to ensure they are receiving value.
• Gather feedback and communicate customer insights to product, sales, or support teams.
• Identify opportunities for renewals, upsells, or expansions when appropriate.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a customer success or support role.
• Fluent English, both verbal and written.
• Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset.
• High level of motivation and persistence.
• Energetic and upbeat.
• Team player.
