Customer Service Representative – Global (Support, Communication, Customer Onboarding)

Hiring REMOTE Customer Service Representative – Multiple positions immediately available.

Compensation: $1400 – $ 2500 USD Per Month

Remote Leverage helps U.S. and international businesses hire top remote talent worldwide. We are currently recruiting multiple Customer Service Representatives globally who will work directly with one of our client companies.

Responsibilities:
• Support customers via chat, email, and voice
• Guide new customers through onboarding and account setup
• Resolve issues quickly and professionally
• Process orders, refunds, and service requests
• Maintain accurate customer records
• Escalate complex cases when required
• Follow service standards and quality guidelines
• Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams

Preferred Skills & Tools:
• Experience with helpdesk platforms (Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, etc.)
• CRM familiarity (HubSpot, Salesforce a plus)
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Organized, patient, and solution-focused

Qualifications:
• 1+ year in customer service or related role
• Fluent English — spoken and written
• Reliable internet, laptop, and headset
• Positive, professional, and team-oriented
