• Utilize project management tools to track customer feedback and implement necessary improvements.

• Communicate effectively in Spanish and Portuguese to assist a diverse clientele.
Qualifications:
• 1+ Years as a Customer Service Representative or similar position
• Fluent English, both verbal and written
