Hiring REMOTE Cost Estimators – Multiple positions immediately available.
Compensation: USD $1,400 – $2,500 per month
Remote Leverage is helping multiple companies hire Cost Estimators. In this role, you would be working directly with one of Remote Leverage’s partner companies.
Responsibilities:
• Download and organize project documents from Procore
• Read addenda and update takeoff
• Complete quantity takeoffs for demolition items
• Prepare inclusions/exclusions based on demo keynotes
• Identify job type as standard or non-standard
• Prepare notes for Head Estimator
• Upload estimate and notes to Copper
• Flag projects with high risk
Qualifications:
• 1+ Years as a Construction Cost Estimator or similar position
• Fluent English, both verbal and written
• Energetic & upbeat
• Team Player
• Willing to listen to feedback & improve
• Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset
