Hiring REMOTE Construction Cost Estimators – Multiple positions immediately available.
Compensation: USD $1,400 – $2,500 per month
Remote Leverage is helping multiple companies hire Construction Cost Estimators to support their operations remotely. In this role, you would be working directly with one of Remote Leverage’s partner companies.
Responsibilities:
• Review project plans and specifications to understand scope, materials, and requirements.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates covering labor, materials, equipment, and overhead.
• Request and analyze subcontractor and supplier quotes to ensure competitive pricing.
• Perform quantity takeoffs to calculate materials and resources needed for the project.
• Identify risks and cost variables that could impact the project budget or timeline.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to refine estimates and support bids and proposals.
Qualifications:
• 1+ years of proven experience as a Construction Cost Estimator or in a similar role.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset.
• High level of motivation and persistence.
• Energetic and upbeat.
• Team player.
• Willing to listen to feedback and improve.
