Chief Operating Officer for Remote Leverage

Hiring REMOTE Chief Operating Officers – Multiple positions immediately available.
Compensation: USD $1,400 – $2,500 per month

Remote Leverage is helping multiple companies hire Chief Operating Officers. In this role, you would be working directly with one of Remote Leverage’s partner companies.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage day-to-day business operations, ensuring seamless collaboration between departments such as Recruitment, Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
• Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of workflows and processes to enhance business efficiency and improve client experience.
• Establish accountability for key performance metrics across departments, ensuring high performance and client satisfaction.
• Drive operational initiatives to maximize revenue, improve profitability, and support company.
• Build and maintain high-performing teams by providing strategic direction, mentorship, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to align business goals with operational execution, ensuring performance expectations are met across departments.
• Prioritize client needs and experiences by developing processes that enhance client satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
• Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to inform operational decisions, refine workflows, and optimize business practices.

Qualifications:
• 5+ years of senior-level experience in operations management, with significant exposure to the recruitment and outsourcing industries, ideally including HR tech or staffing.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment, inspiring and leading departments to achieve set goals while optimizing business performance.
• A track record of successfully developing and implementing optimized workflows and processes, balancing efficiency and quality.
• Ability to set clear objectives and hold teams accountable for performance, committed to driving revenue and improving operational performance through continuous iteration.
• Perfect fluency in English (written and verbal).
• Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset
