Hiring REMOTE Business Development Representatives – Multiple positions immediately available.
Compensation: USD $1,400 – $2,500 per month
Remote Leverage is helping multiple companies hire Business Development Representatives to support their operations remotely. In this role, you would be working directly with one of Remote Leverage’s partner companies.
Responsibilities:
• Develop targeted prospect lists based on ideal customer profiles, industry, and intent signals.
• Conduct high-volume outbound activities including cold calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Qualify leads using established frameworks such as budget, authority, need, and timing.
• Schedule qualified meetings and ensure a seamless transition to Account Executives.
• Monitor outreach sequences, follow-ups, and conversion rates for effectiveness.
Qualifications:
• 1+ years of experience as a Business Development Representative or a related role.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset.
• High level of motivation and persistence.
• Energetic and upbeat.
• Team Player.
