We help US businesses hire applicants from various countries for REMOTE job opportunities, and we have multiple open Automation Specialist positions we need to immediately hire. You would be working directly with the business.
Responsibilities:
• Manage remote employee onboardings, including user creation and access permissions.
• Troubleshoot automations using Zapier, Make, or n8n from a remote setup.
• Investigate and resolve backend technical issues remotely, focusing on forms and CRM workflows.
• Update code and configurations remotely for WordPress, HTML snippets, and workflow logic.
• Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT and Cursor remotely to modify and debug code and automation logic.
Preferred Skills & Tools:
• Google Workspace Admin (Gmail, Groups, Calendar permissions, user provisioning)
• Experience with password manager tools (1Password or LastPass)
• Form tools (Typeform / Jotform / Gravity Forms, depending on stack)
Qualifications:
• 2+ Years as an Automation Specialist or similar position
• Fluent English, both verbal and written
• Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset
• Energetic & upbeat
• Team Player
• Willing to listen to feedback & improve
