Hiring REMOTE Accountants – Multiple positions immediately available.
Compensation: USD $1400 – $2500 per month
Remote Leverage is helping multiple companies hire Accountants to support their financial operations and bookkeeping processes. In this role, you would be working directly with one of Remote Leverage’s partner companies, helping maintain accurate financial records and support day-to-day accounting functions.
The ideal candidate is comfortable managing financial data, reconciling transactions, preparing financial reports, and supporting payroll and closing processes across modern accounting platforms.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate financial records including accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Process and reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and financial records
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for business review
• Manage payroll processing and track employee expense reports
• Support month-end and year-end financial closing processes
• Ensure accounting data is accurate, organized, and compliant with financial standards
• Monitor financial transactions and identify discrepancies or reporting issues
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper financial documentation and reporting
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
• Experience with accounting platforms such as QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, FreshBooks, Wave, or Sage
• Strong proficiency with spreadsheets and financial analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Solid understanding of financial reporting, reconciliation, and bookkeeping processes
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
• Fluent English, both verbal and written
• Reliable internet connection and suitable home office setup
