Hiring REMOTE Hvac Estimators – Multiple positions immediately available.
Compensation: USD $1,400 – $2,500 per month
Remote Leverage is helping multiple companies hire Hvac Estimators to support their operations remotely. In this role, you would be working directly with one of Remote Leverage’s partner companies.
Responsibilities:
• Review mechanical and electrical plans and specifications to complete accurate material takeoffs for ductwork, piping, and fittings.
• Estimate project costs including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor services to prepare competitive bids.
• Obtain and evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotes for equipment and specialized services.
• Coordinate with engineers and general contractors by submitting RFIs and clarifying project drawings and requirements.
• Prepare and submit detailed proposals including pricing, exclusions, assumptions, and bid documentation within project deadlines.
Qualifications:
• 1+ years of experience in an HVAC Estimator role or related role.
• Experience in the HVAC industry required.
• Fluent English, both verbal and written.
• Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset.
• High level of motivation and persistence.
• Energetic and upbeat.
• Team player.
