Hiring REMOTE Operations Managers – Multiple positions immediately available.
Compensation: USD $5,000 – $6,000 per month
Remote Leverage is helping multiple companies hire Operations Managers to support their operations remotely. In this role, you would be working directly with one of Remote Leverage’s partner companies.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Create structure, accountability, and clear performance standards across the department.
• Track team performance using dashboards, KPIs, reporting, and data analysis.
• Report updates, insights, risks, and recommendations to executives.
• Identify strengths, weaknesses, bottlenecks, and performance gaps across the team.
• Improve workflows, systems, communication, and operational efficiency.
• Partner with leadership on department priorities, execution, and follow-through.
• Manage projects, timelines, ownership, and completion across the department.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience managing a team, department, or operational function.
• Strong leadership presence and ability to drive accountability.
• Experience managing performance, not just completing individual tasks.
• Strong experience with dashboards, KPIs, reporting, and data analysis.
• Experience reporting directly to executives or senior leadership.
• Strong project management and process improvement experience.
• Ability to evaluate team output and identify areas for improvement.
• Comfortable leading through structure, systems, follow-up, and execution.
• Fluent English, both verbal and written
• Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset
