Hiring REMOTE Financial Controllers – Multiple positions immediately available.
Compensation: USD $1,400 – $2,500 per month
Remote Leverage is helping multiple companies hire Financial Controllers to support their operations remotely. In this role, you would be working directly with one of Remote Leverage’s partner companies.
Responsibilities:
• Record and categorize daily financial transactions for bank and credit accounts.
• Manage the billing inbox and accurately enter vendor bills in QuickBooks Online.
• Set up and maintain customer and vendor records while monitoring project updates.
• Verify customer payments and apply them to the correct invoices.
• Generate weekly expense reports and ensure accurate job and customer allocation.
• Perform monthly reconciliations and maintain comprehensive financial records.
• Maintain partner-related tracking, including cap tables, commissions, and analysis.
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience as a Financial Controller or related position.
• Experience in the construction industry is required.
• Fluent English, both verbal and written.
• Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset.
• High level of motivation and persistence.
• Energetic and upbeat.
• Team player.
• Willing to listen to feedback and improve.
