Compensation: USD $1,400 – $2,500 per month
Remote Leverage is helping multiple companies hire Sales Managers to support their operations remotely. In this role, you would be working directly with one of Remote Leverage’s partner companies.
Responsibilities:
• Set sales targets, quotas, and develop territory plans.
• Manage and coach Sales Development Representatives and Account Executives through one-on-ones, call reviews, and performance plans.
• Review pipeline health and accurately forecast revenue.
• Optimize sales processes, scripts, and conversion stages for efficiency.
• Monitor key performance indicators such as win rate, deal size, and cycle length to drive improvements.
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams on strategy and growth initiatives.
Qualifications:
• 1+ years of experience as a Sales Manager or in a related role.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset.
• High level of motivation and persistence.
