Hiring REMOTE Benefits Billing & Reconciliation Analysts – Multiple positions immediately available.
Compensation: USD $1,400 – $2,500 per month
Remote Leverage is helping multiple companies hire Benefits Billing & Reconciliation Analysts to support their operations remotely. In this role, you would be working directly with one of Remote Leverage’s partner companies.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct monthly and per-payroll reconciliation of employee deductions and employer contributions.
• Identify and investigate discrepancies such as missing enrollments and duplicate coverage.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reconciliation issues and address gaps.
• Review and verify carrier invoices to ensure accurate client billing.
• Track and address any unbilled premiums to maintain accurate records.
• Prepare detailed end-of-month and per-payroll reconciliation reports.
• Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies effectively.
Qualifications:
• 1+ Years of experience as a
• Benefits Billing & Reconciliation Analyst or related position
• Fluent in English both verbal and written
• Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset
• Energetic and upbeat.
