Hiring REMOTE Human Resources Payrolls – Multiple positions immediately available.
Compensation: USD $1,400 – $2,500 per month
Remote Leverage is helping multiple companies hire Human Resources Payrolls to support their operations remotely. In this role, you would be working directly with one of Remote Leverage’s partner companies.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct monthly and per-payroll reconciliation of employee deductions and employer contributions.
• Identify and investigate discrepancies such as missing enrollments and duplicate coverage.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reconciliation issues and address gaps.
• Review and verify carrier invoices to ensure accurate client billing.
• Track and address any unbilled premiums to maintain accurate records.
• Prepare detailed end-of-month and per-payroll reconciliation reports.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies effectively.
Qualifications:
• 1+ Years as a Human Resources Payroll or related position
• Fluent in English both verbal and written
• Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset
• Energetic and upbeat
• Team player
• Willing to listen to feedback and improve
