Compensation: USD $1,400 – $2,500 per month
Remote Leverage is helping multiple companies hire Construction Cost Estimators to support their operations remotely. In this role, you would be working directly with one of Remote Leverage’s partner companies.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects by analyzing blueprints and specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented.
• Review and validate contractor and supplier bids to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• Monitor and report on project costs and progress to stakeholders regularly.
• Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and provide recommendations to management.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential financial impacts.
Qualifications:
• + 1 Years of Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
• Fluent English, both verbal and written.
• Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset.
• High level of motivation and persistence.
• Energetic and upbeat.
• Team player.
