Hiring REMOTE Financial Controllers – Multiple positions immediately available.
Compensation: USD $1,400 – $2,500 per month
Remote Leverage is helping multiple companies hire Financial Controllers to support their operations remotely. In this role, you would be working directly with one of Remote Leverage’s partner companies.
Responsibilities:
• Update and categorize all transactions daily for the checking account and credit card.
• Monitor the billing email and enter vendor bills accurately as they arrive.
• Review project notes on Trello cards regularly.
• Set up new customers and vendors in QuickBooks Online.
• Verify and apply customer deposits to the correct invoices.
• Prepare weekly project expense reports for ongoing jobs.
• Run weekly reports to ensure transactions are categorized and assigned correctly in QuickBooks Online.
• Reconcile the primary checking account monthly.
• Maintain and update the Partners’ Capitalization Table for equity adjustments.
• Monitor vendor insurance expirations for compliance.
• Prepare and send financial reports to partners.
• Adjust Partner’s commissions quarterly for ancillary COGS accounts.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in financial management or accounting.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and financial reporting tools.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Experience with reconciliation and financial analysis.
• Excellent communication skills for vendor and partner interactions.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Trello.
• Understanding of compliance requirements for vendor insurance.
• Fluent English, both verbal and written
