Compensation: USD $1,400 – $2,500 per month
Remote Leverage is helping multiple companies hire Client Relationship Managers to support their operations remotely. In this role, you would be working directly with one of Remote Leverage’s partner companies.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Handle client inquiries and provide timely, effective solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet client needs.
• Prepare reports and presentations as needed.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and feedback.
• Analyze client feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
• 1+ years of experience as a Client Relations Manager or similar role.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset.
• High level of motivation and persistence.
• Energetic and upbeat.
• Team player.
