Hiring REMOTE Legal Assistants – Multiple positions immediately available.
Compensation: USD $1,400 – $2,500 per month
Remote Leverage is helping multiple companies hire Legal Assistants to support their operations remotely. In this role, you would be working directly with one of Remote Leverage’s partner companies.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Handle client inquiries and provide timely, effective solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet client needs.
• Prepare reports and presentations as needed.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and feedback.
• Preferred Skills & Tools:
• Experience with legal case management systems (e.g., Clio, MyCase, PracticePanther)
• Familiarity with e-filing procedures and court systems (state and federal)
• Strong understanding of legal terminology and document formatting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
Qualifications:
• 1+ years of experience as a Client Relations Manager or in a similar role.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset.
• High level of motivation and persistence.
• Energetic and upbeat.
• Team player.
