Remote Leverage is helping multiple companies hire E-commerce Operations Coordinators to support their operations remotely. In this role, you would be working directly with one of Remote Leverage’s partner companies.
Responsibilities:
• Manage product listings, pricing, and inventory across e-commerce platforms.
• Monitor order processing, fulfillment, and shipping operations.
• Coordinate with vendors, warehouses, and logistics partners.
• Track sales performance and generate reports on key metrics.
• Handle customer order issues, returns, and support inquiries.
• Ensure website accuracy, promotions, and product information are up to date.
Qualifications:
• 1+ years experience as an E-commerce Operations Coordinator or a related role.
• Fluent English, both verbal and written.
• Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset.
• High level of motivation and persistence.
• Energetic and upbeat.
