Remote Leverage is helping multiple companies hire Test – World Wide (Remote recruitment platforms and, Applicant tracking systems (ATS), Remote work policies and)s to support their operations remotely. In this role, you would be working directly with one of Remote Leverage’s partner companies.
Responsibilities:
• We help US businesses hire applicants from various countries for REMOTE job opportunities, and we have multiple open Test positions we need to immediately hire. You would be working directly with the business.
• Responsibilities:
• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of Customer Service Representatives for remote positions.
• Collaborate with US businesses to understand their hiring needs and requirements.
• Provide support throughout the hiring process to ensure a smooth experience for candidates.
• Maintain communication with candidates and businesses to facilitate timely feedback.
• Ensure compliance with remote work policies and procedures.
• Contribute to the development of best practices for remote hiring processes.
• Track and report on recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies.
Qualifications:
• 1+ Years as a Test or similar position
• Fluent English, both verbal and written
• Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset
