Compensation: USD $1,500 – $2,500 per month
Remote Leverage is helping multiple companies hire Growth Marketing Lead – Argentinas to support their operations remotely. In this role, you would be working directly with one of Remote Leverage’s partner companies.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies
• Lead customer acquisition, retention, and revenue optimization initiatives
• Manage and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (paid, organic, email, content)
• Analyze funnel metrics and identify growth opportunities
• Design and run experiments to improve conversion rates
• Collaborate with product, sales, and engineering teams on growth initiatives
• Build and manage marketing automation workflows
• Present growth metrics and insights to leadership
• Stay current on growth marketing trends and tools
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in growth marketing or demand generation
• Proven track record of driving measurable growth results
• Expert knowledge of digital marketing channels and attribution
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with analytics tools
• Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.)
• Data-driven mindset with A/B testing expertise
• Leadership experience managing marketing initiatives
• Excellent strategic thinking and communication skills
• Fluent English, both verbal and written
