Remote Leverage is helping multiple companies hire Business Development Representatives to support their operations remotely. In this role, you would be working directly with one of Remote Leverage’s partner companies.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and update social media platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, and the company website.
• Post updates on real estate transactions and share industry-related content.
• Engage with comments and messages to maintain active communication across platforms.
• Monitor online groups for potential referral opportunities and engage accordingly.
• Utilize LinkedIn for networking and brand enhancement.
• Maintain and update website profiles, listings, and track generated leads.
• Nurture leads through calls, emails, and CRM management.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to assess advertising performance and notify clients of new listings.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in managing social media platforms for business purposes.
• Strong communication skills for engaging with clients and prospects.
• Ability to track and nurture leads using CRM tools.
• Experience in scheduling and managing appointments with potential clients.
• Proficiency in using Excel or Google Sheets for data tracking.
• Capability to collaborate with marketing teams for performance evaluation.
• Experience in sending targeted email campaigns.
• Ability to maintain and update online profiles and listings.
• Fluent English, both verbal and written
