Hiring REMOTE General Contractor Customer Service Representatives – Multiple positions immediately available.
Compensation: USD $1,000 – $1,400 per month
Remote Leverage is helping multiple companies hire General Contractor Customer Service Representatives to support their operations remotely. In this role, you would be working directly with one of Remote Leverage’s partner companies.
Responsibilities:
• Assess project type, timeline, decision-makers, location, and budget to pre-qualify homeowners.
• Book appointments accurately, confirm details, and implement strategies to reduce no-shows.
• Follow up persistently with unresponsive leads using a comprehensive multi-touch process.
• Update the CRM diligently with notes, lead sources, tags, outcomes, and next steps after each interaction.
• Coordinate schedule changes with the estimator to ensure the calendar remains realistic and current.
• Collect essential information on every lead, including name, phone, email, address, lead source, and project details.
Qualifications:
• Experience in home services such as painting, roofing, HVAC, or remodeling.
• Background in appointment setting, inside sales, or call center operations.
• Familiarity with structured sales frameworks, particularly a discovery-first approach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using technology and software tools relevant to the role.
• Fluent English, both verbal and written
