Hiring REMOTE It Management Bookkeepers – Multiple positions immediately available.
Compensation: USD $1,400 – $2,100 per month
Remote Leverage is helping multiple companies hire It Management Bookkeepers to support their operations remotely. In this role, you would be working directly with one of Remote Leverage’s partner companies.
Responsibilities:
• Generate and process customer invoices for services, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Review and adjust billing data prior to invoice generation and handle billing inquiries.
• Verify vendor invoices against purchase orders and contracts, resolving discrepancies.
• Maintain records of vendor contracts and track renewal dates and service commitments.
• Conduct billing audits to identify revenue leakage and ensure proper billing of services.
• Manage service changes and ensure billing systems reflect current service statuses.
• Prepare billing reports and summaries for internal review and support finance teams.
• Assist with reconciliation between vendor costs and customer revenue.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• Experience in billing operations or bookkeeping
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial records
• Excellent communication skills for handling billing inquiries
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Experience with vendor invoice verification and accounts payable
• Knowledge of contract tracking and vendor management
• Proven ability to conduct billing audits and identify discrepancies
• Fluent English, both verbal and written
• Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset
