Remote Leverage is helping multiple companies hire Spa Sales Development Representatives to support their operations remotely. In this role, you would be working directly with one of Remote Leverage’s partner companies.
Responsibilities:
• Engage in conversations with prospects to understand their needs and qualify them.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in CRM software.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and campaigns for lead generation.
• Follow up with warm leads to schedule appointments with clients.
• Re-engage with existing cold leads to convert them into active clients.
• Ensure consistent communication with prospects to nurture relationships.
• Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications:
• Experience in sales or customer service roles.
• Ability to understand and address client needs.
• Strong organizational skills for maintaining records.
• Proven track record of converting leads into clients.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with sales processes and techniques.
• Fluent English, both verbal and written
