Hiring REMOTE Seo & Marketing Customer Success Managers – Multiple positions immediately available.
Compensation: USD $1,300 – $1,900 per month
Remote Leverage is helping multiple companies hire Seo & Marketing Customer Success Managers to support their operations remotely. In this role, you would be working directly with one of Remote Leverage’s partner companies.
Responsibilities:
• Communicate effectively with clients to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Conduct biweekly check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Manage the client intake process and ensure accurate documentation of all information.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell additional services such as SEO, web development, PR, and social media.
• Update and maintain the CRM system, GoHighLevel, to ensure accurate client information.
• Coordinate scheduling and meetings with clients across various US time zones.
• Provide general account management and organizational support.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in customer success or account management roles.
• Experience as a coordinator is a plus.
• Familiarity with startup environments.
• Experience with GoHighLevel systems is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Proactive approach to client engagement and problem-solving.
• Fluent English, both verbal and written
• Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset
