Hiring REMOTE Bookkeeper (Palms Group)s – Multiple positions immediately available.
Compensation: USD $1,300 – $1,900 per month
Remote Leverage is helping multiple companies hire Bookkeeper (Palms Group)s to support their operations remotely. In this role, you would be working directly with one of Remote Leverage’s partner companies.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate financial records and track expenses using online accounting software.
• Prepare and reconcile monthly financial statements and reports.
• Process invoices and manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Communicate with the team regarding billing and payment processing.
• Organize and store digital financial documents in cloud storage.
• Prepare payroll at each pay cycle.
Qualifications:
• Experience in accounting or bookkeeping in construction or a similar field is required.
• Controller experience is a big plus.
• A degree in a related field is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Proven track record of managing financial records accurately.
• Experience in preparing payroll.
• Fluent English, both verbal and written
• Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset
