Hiring REMOTE Business Development Representatives – Multiple positions immediately available.
Compensation: USD $1,200 – $1,800 per month
Remote Leverage is helping multiple companies hire Business Development Representatives to support their operations remotely. In this role, you would be working directly with one of Remote Leverage’s partner companies.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and update social media platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Luxury Presence website.
• Post updates on properties under contract and those sold, sharing relevant real estate content.
• Engage with comments and messages across social media platforms and monitor groups for referral opportunities.
• Utilize LinkedIn for agent attraction and brand building by sharing wins, client experiences, and industry updates.
• Maintain and update website profiles and listings, tracking leads generated from the website.
• Manage and nurture incoming leads from blog lead funnels through calls and emails.
• Schedule appointments with leads and audit CRM database for last contact to re-engage cold leads.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to evaluate ad performance and keep clients updated on the marketing plan.
Qualifications:
• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM systems.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for data management.
• Strong prospecting skills and ability to generate leads.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients and prospects.
• Ability to manage social media platforms effectively.
• Experience in real estate or related industry is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate with marketing teams and evaluate ad performance.
• Fluent English, both verbal and written
