Remote Leverage is helping multiple companies hire Account Managers to support their operations remotely. In this role, you would be working directly with one of Remote Leverage’s partner companies.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring clear and proactive communication.
• Align all work with client goals and key performance indicators.
• Translate client requests into actionable tasks and monitor their progress across teams.
• Collaborate with creative, media, and analytics teams to ensure timely campaign delivery.
• Prepare and present performance reports, simplifying results into actionable insights.
• Address issues promptly to maintain client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling.
Qualifications:
• Experience in account management or a related field.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding client expectations.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to identify and pursue upsell opportunities.
• Familiarity with digital marketing and campaign management.
• Fluent English, both verbal and written
