Hiring REMOTE Growth Marketers – Multiple positions immediately available.
Compensation: USD $1,400 – $2,500 per month
Remote Leverage is helping multiple companies hire Growth Marketers to support their operations remotely. In this role, you would be working directly with one of Remote Leverage’s partner companies.
Responsibilities:
• Build, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta, with potential expansion to TikTok and YouTube.
• Develop and execute structured testing plans for creatives, audiences, and offers.
• Build and optimize full-funnel flows in GoHighLevel, including opt-ins, quizzes, sales pages, and booking flows.
• Set up and manage automations such as email/SMS, pipelines, tags, and reminders to enhance conversion and show-up rates.
• Track and optimize performance metrics like CPL, cost per booked call, show-up rate, and ROAS.
• Analyze funnel performance to identify and address bottlenecks in the customer journey.
• Collaborate on ad creatives, hooks, and messaging based on performance data.
• Scale successful campaigns while ensuring efficiency and maintaining lead quality.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in managing paid advertising campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills to track and optimize performance metrics.
• Experience with GoHighLevel or similar funnel-building platforms.
• Ability to develop and execute structured testing plans.
• Familiarity with setting up and managing marketing automations.
• Excellent collaboration skills for working on ad creatives and messaging.
• Experience in scaling campaigns while maintaining lead quality.
• Strong communication skills for reporting insights and next steps.
• Fluent English, both verbal and written
