Hiring REMOTE Bilingual Sales & Technical Operations Assistants – Multiple positions immediately available.
Compensation: USD $1,400 – $2,500 per month
Remote Leverage is helping multiple companies hire Bilingual Sales & Technical Operations Assistants to support their operations remotely. In this role, you would be working directly with one of Remote Leverage’s partner companies.
Responsibilities:
• Act as the first point of contact for inbound Meta/Facebook ad leads, ensuring rapid response to maximize conversion.
• Provide seamless bilingual communication, bridging the gap for Spanish-speaking inquiries while maintaining professional English communication.
• Utilize satellite imagery and Google Earth to gather field specifications for the design phase.
• Master specialized irrigation design software to input technical data and assist in generating system quotes.
• Manage the calendar by vetting prospects and scheduling discovery calls for qualified leads.
• Learn and apply irrigation industry terminology to provide knowledgeable support to prospects.
• Maintain meticulous records of lead interactions and project stages within the CRM.
• Execute diverse administrative tasks to support the Founder’s workload and focus on high-level tasks.
Qualifications:
• Fluency in English and Spanish with a neutral accent in English.
• Experience in a sales or technical support role.
• Ability to quickly learn and apply technical industry terminology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Experience with satellite imagery tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with agricultural or irrigation industries is advantageous.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on growth and ROI.
