Hiring REMOTE Growth Marketers – Multiple positions immediately available.
Compensation: USD $1,400 – $2,500 per month
Remote Leverage is helping multiple companies hire Growth Marketers to support their operations remotely. In this role, you would be working directly with one of Remote Leverage’s partner companies.
Responsibilities:
• Build, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta, expanding to TikTok and YouTube as needed.
• Develop and execute structured testing plans for creatives, audiences, and offers.
• Build and optimize full-funnel flows in GoHighLevel, including opt-ins, quizzes, sales pages, and booking flows.
• Set up and manage automations such as email/SMS, pipelines, tags, and reminders to enhance conversion and show-up rates.
• Track and optimize performance metrics like CPL, cost per booked call, show-up rate, and ROAS.
• Analyze funnel performance to identify bottlenecks at each stage of the customer journey.
• Collaborate on ad creatives, hooks, and messaging using performance data.
• Scale successful campaigns while maintaining efficiency and lead quality.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in managing and scaling paid campaigns on Meta and other platforms.
• Strong ability to develop and execute testing plans for marketing strategies.
• Experience with building and optimizing marketing funnels in GoHighLevel.
• Proficiency in setting up and managing marketing automations.
• Ability to track and analyze key performance metrics effectively.
• Experience in collaborating on creative development based on data insights.
• Strong analytical skills to identify and address funnel bottlenecks.
• Excellent communication skills for reporting and strategizing with teams.
• Fluent English, both verbal and written
