Compensation: USD $1,400 – $2,500 per month
Remote Leverage is helping multiple companies hire Event Production Estimators to support their operations remotely. In this role, you would be working directly with one of Remote Leverage’s partner companies.
Responsibilities:
• Analyze project specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates for audio-visual productions.
• Collaborate with project managers to determine project requirements and timelines.
• Communicate with vendors to secure pricing and availability for equipment and services.
• Utilize estimation software to enhance the estimating process and ensure accuracy.
• Review and adjust estimates based on client feedback and project modifications.
Qualifications:
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Experience in cost estimation for audio-visual productions.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with project managers.
• Strong vendor negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using estimation software.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in estimates.
• Ability to adapt estimates based on feedback and changes.
• Fluent English, both verbal and written
• Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset
