Hiring REMOTE Commercial Construction Estimators – Multiple positions immediately available.
Compensation: USD $1,300 – $2,500 per month
Remote Leverage is helping multiple companies hire Commercial Construction Estimators to support their operations remotely. In this role, you would be working directly with one of Remote Leverage’s partner companies.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and analyze project estimates and cost breakdowns.
• Review plans, specifications, and project requirements to determine the full scope of work.
• Assist with bidding processes and proposals, including sending bid invites to subcontractors.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to obtain pricing and manage bid day top sheet with final sub costs.
• Maintain organized records of estimates, supplier pricing, and backup documents.
• Attend pre-bid meetings, site visits, and coordinate with subcontractors accordingly.
• Create and send RFIs, substitution request packages, and distribute addenda.
• Prepare post-bid documents, SOV, and project turnover packages for the field team.
Qualifications:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy in numbers and estimates.
• Organized with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Experience in construction or estimating highly preferred.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with industry software.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Ability to start within 5-7 days.
• Experience with dialers and time-tracking tools is a plus.
• Fluent English, both verbal and written
• Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset
