Remote Leverage is helping multiple companies hire Gym Marketing Account Managers to support their operations remotely. In this role, you would be working directly with one of Remote Leverage’s partner companies.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring clear and proactive communication.
• Understand and align all work with client goals and key performance indicators.
• Translate client requests into actionable tasks and monitor progress across teams.
• Coordinate with creative, media, and analytics teams to ensure timely campaign delivery.
• Prepare and present performance reports, simplifying results into actionable insights.
• Address issues promptly to maintain client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling.
Qualifications:
• Experience in account management or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Experience with digital marketing campaigns is a plus.
• Fluent English, both verbal and written
• Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset
