Remote Leverage is helping multiple companies hire Automation Developers to support their operations remotely. In this role, you would be working directly with one of Remote Leverage’s partner companies.
Responsibilities:
• Manage employee onboardings, including user creation and access permissions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with automations using tools like Zapier, Make, or n8n.
• Investigate backend technical issues, focusing on forms and CRM workflows.
• Update and maintain code and configurations for WordPress and HTML snippets.
• Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT and Cursor to modify and debug code and automation logic.
• Ensure adherence to documented processes and standards.
• Communicate technical issues clearly to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
• Proficient in managing SaaS platforms
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience with automation tools and workflows
• Familiarity with backend technical issues and CRM support
• Basic knowledge of coding and system configurations
• Comfortable using AI tools for code modification and debugging
• Ability to adhere to documented processes
• Excellent communication skills for technical issues
• Fluent English, both verbal and written
• Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset
