Compensation: USD $1,300 – $1,900 per month
Remote Leverage is helping multiple companies hire Wealth Management Customer Success Managers to support their operations remotely. In this role, you would be working directly with one of Remote Leverage’s partner companies.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure all contracts are signed in a timely manner.
• Organize and update information in Google Spreadsheets.
• Provide assistance to the sales team and receptionist as needed.
• Schedule calls or meetings between prospects and the sales team.
• Follow up with prospects to maintain engagement in the sales pipeline.
• Build strong client relationships through regular communication and virtual check-ins.
• Address client inquiries and issues promptly via email and phone.
• Analyze client feedback to improve services and enhance satisfaction.
Qualifications:
• Flawless English communication skills.
• Experience in a client success or similar role.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in wealth management or financial services is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
• Familiarity with scheduling and organizing meetings.
• Fluent English, both verbal and written
• Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset
