Customer Service Representative

Hiring REMOTE Customer Service Representatives – Multiple positions immediately available.
Compensation: USD $1,400 – $2,500 per month

Remote Leverage is helping multiple companies hire Customer Service Representatives to support their operations remotely. In this role, you would be working directly with one of Remote Leverage’s partner companies.

Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
• Document and update customer records based on interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.

Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts if needed.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Fluent English, both verbal and written
• Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset
