Hiring REMOTE Bookkeepers – Multiple positions immediately available.
Compensation: USD $1,400 – $2,100 per month
Remote Leverage is helping multiple companies hire Bookkeepers to support their operations remotely. In this role, you would be working directly with one of Remote Leverage’s partner companies.
Responsibilities:
• Generate and process customer invoices for services, ensuring accuracy and timely issuance.
• Review billing data and process adjustments, corrections, and credits as needed.
• Maintain accurate billing records and support monthly billing cycles and revenue reconciliation.
• Verify vendor invoices against purchase orders and contracts, identifying discrepancies for resolution.
• Maintain organized records of vendor invoices and monitor recurring charges.
• Track and maintain records of vendor contracts and commitments, ensuring proper documentation.
• Perform periodic billing audits to identify potential revenue leakage and ensure proper billing.
• Coordinate service change management and update billing systems accordingly.
Qualifications:
• Experience in billing operations and accounts payable support.
• Strong analytical skills for revenue assurance and billing audits.
• Ability to manage vendor contracts and commitments effectively.
• Experience with service change management and billing system updates.
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate billing documentation and records.
• Strong problem-solving skills for resolving billing discrepancies.
• Ability to prepare detailed billing reports and summaries.
• Experience supporting finance and operations teams with billing-related data.
• Fluent English, both verbal and written
