Customer Service Representative

Hiring REMOTE Customer Service Representatives – Multiple positions immediately available.
Compensation: USD $1,300 – $1,600 per month

Remote Leverage is helping multiple companies hire Customer Service Representatives to support their operations remotely. In this role, you would be working directly with one of Remote Leverage’s partner companies.

Responsibilities:
• Answer inbound client calls promptly and professionally.
• Triage and route calls to licensed agents when required.
• Execute routine client service requests including billing questions, sending invoices, and updating payment methods.
• Respond to client questions related to billing, documents, and policy status.
• Capture clear, detailed messages and document all call activity.
• Perform outbound follow-ups on open client requests and voicemails.
• Update CRM/AMS with accurate notes, transactions, and client interactions.
• Manage shared inboxes and respond to routine service emails.

Qualifications:
• Previous experience in the insurance industry is required.
• Proven experience in a client-facing CSR or service role.
• Ability to execute client requests end-to-end.
• Comfortable handling high call volume.
• Basic critical thinking and judgment skills.
• Experience supporting US-based insurance agencies.
• Understanding of non-licensed vs licensed activities.
• Prior phone-heavy role in a call center or agency environment.
• Fluent English, both verbal and written
• Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset
