Hiring REMOTE Dental Revenue Cycle Managers – Multiple positions immediately available.
Compensation: USD $1,400 – $2,500 per month
Remote Leverage is helping multiple companies hire Dental Revenue Cycle Managers to oversee insurance billing, claims processing, and AR management. In this role, you would be working directly with one of Remote Leverage’s partner companies, managing the full revenue cycle for dental practices.
Responsibilities:
• Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits through insurance portals before appointments
• Accurately process and submit dental insurance claims using Open Dental or CRM systems
• Track claim statuses and follow up with insurance companies on unpaid, denied, or delayed claims
• Communicate with insurance carriers to resolve billing discrepancies and documentation issues
• Post insurance payments, adjustments, and explanations of benefits in the system
• Prepare and send patient statements and follow up on outstanding balances as needed
• Maintain accurate, organized digital records of billing transactions and payer communications
• Identify recurring claim issues or coding gaps and flag them for internal resolution
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in dental billing and revenue cycle management
• Proficiency in Open Dental software
• Familiarity with insurance portals and claim processing
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience with posting insurance payments and adjustments
• Ability to resolve billing discrepancies effectively
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent English, both verbal and written
• Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset
