Hiring REMOTE Client Services Administrators – Multiple positions immediately available.
Compensation: USD $1,400 – $2,500 per month
Remote Leverage is helping multiple companies hire Client Services Administrators to manage onboarding, payroll coordination, and performance reporting. In this role, you would be working directly with one of Remote Leverage’s partner companies, serving as the operational backbone for client and contractor management.
Responsibilities:
• Onboard new clients and virtual assistants into the payroll platform, ensuring all required information and documentation are collected and verified
• Coordinate with virtual assistants to obtain personal and payment details, tax forms, and signed independent contractor agreements
• Guide clients through uploading necessary documentation and completing account setup, including ACH authorization for billing
• Compile time tracking data and worked-hours reports for all active virtual assistants each pay cycle, reviewing timesheets for accuracy
• Process payroll on schedule for all active engagements, executing passthrough payments
• Prepare and deliver semi-monthly performance reports to clients, summarizing virtual assistant activity
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries related to billing, payroll, and performance reporting
• Maintain organized records of client payments, virtual assistant disbursements, and outstanding balances for bookkeeping purposes
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in an administrative, operations, payroll coordination, or client services role
• Proficiency in QuickBooks for invoicing and account management
• Experience with payroll platforms and time tracking tools
• Familiarity with Kanban-style task management tools like Trello or Asana
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfort working with international contractors and cross-border payment requirements
• Fluent English, both verbal and written
• Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset
