Hiring REMOTE Lead Development Specialists (BDR) – Multiple positions immediately available.
Compensation: USD $1,000 – $1,400 per month
Remote Leverage is helping multiple companies hire Lead Development Specialists to drive pipeline growth and CRM implementation. In this role, you would be working directly with one of Remote Leverage’s partner companies, managing lead generation, CRM systems, and sales outreach.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the transition from manual tracking to a robust CRM platform, designing sales funnel stages and automating lead capture
• Build and manage a consistent flow of new business opportunities by optimizing current channels and testing new marketing strategies
• Serve as the primary contact for prospective clients, managing the sales process and closing engagement fees
• Develop a comprehensive sales and marketing playbook, including email sequences, call scripts, and follow-up cadences
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators to provide actionable insights to leadership
• Ensure data integrity across the sales pipeline and maintain accurate CRM records
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in CRM architecture and implementation
• Proven track record in pipeline development and management
• Strong sales execution skills with the ability to articulate service value
• Ability to develop and optimize sales and marketing processes
• Experience with KPI tracking and reporting
• Proficiency in CRM platforms like HubSpot or GoHighLevel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Fluent English, both verbal and written
• Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset
