Remote Leverage is helping multiple companies hire Customer Service Representative – Latin America (Customer Support, Ticket Management, CRM Systems)s to support their operations remotely. In this role, you would be working directly with one of Remote Leverage’s partner companies.
Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries through email, chat, phone, and support platforms
• Resolve customer issues related to products, services, billing, orders, or account access
• Manage and update support tickets while ensuring timely follow-ups and issue resolution
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM and customer support systems
• Escalate complex customer concerns to internal teams when needed
• Collaborate with internal departments to improve support workflows and customer satisfaction
• Monitor support queues and help maintain response-time and service-level standards
• Identify recurring customer issues and share insights to improve service operations and customer experience
Qualifications:
• 1+ years of experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar customer support role
• Experience with customer support platforms such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, Help Scout, or Gorgias
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive, or Freshsales
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to handle customer concerns professionally, efficiently, and empathetically
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
• Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset
• Fluent English, both verbal and written
