Hiring REMOTE Sales Development Representatives – Multiple positions immediately available.
Compensation: USD $1,400 – $2,500 per month
Remote Leverage is helping multiple companies hire Sales Development Representatives. In this role, you would be working directly with one of Remote Leverage’s partner companies.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound outreach through email, phone calls, SMS, and other prospecting channels
• Identify and qualify leads based on business needs, budget, interest level, and fit
• Schedule discovery calls, demos, or appointments for account executives and sales teams
• Maintain accurate prospect records, follow-up activity, and pipeline updates inside CRM systems
• Track outreach performance and engagement metrics to prioritize lead follow-ups
• Collaborate with sales teams to improve messaging, targeting, and outbound strategies
• Research prospects and accounts to support more personalized outreach efforts
• Help maintain a healthy pipeline by consistently moving qualified opportunities forward
Qualifications:
• 1+ years of experience as a Sales Development Representative, Business Development Representative, or similar outbound sales role
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, or Freshsales
• Familiarity with outbound and sales engagement tools such as Outreach, Salesloft, Lemlist, Apollo, or similar platforms
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Comfortable with outbound calling, prospecting, and lead qualification
• Organized and able to manage follow-ups, pipeline activity, and prospect records effectively
• Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset
