Compensation: USD $1600 – $2300 per month
Remote Leverage is helping multiple companies hire Recruiters to support their hiring pipelines and talent acquisition efforts. In this role, you would be working directly with one of Remote Leverage’s partner companies, sourcing candidates, screening talent, and helping move qualified applicants through the hiring process.
Responsibilities:
• Identify talent aligned with client hiring needs across different roles and industries
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for active and upcoming openings
• Conduct initial outreach, screening calls, and candidate pre-qualification assessments
• Review resumes and submit qualified candidates based on role requirements and client expectations
• Ensure candidate profiles, notes, and documentation are accurate and complete within internal systems
• Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and internal teams to align on candidate quality and hiring priorities
• Adjust sourcing strategies based on hiring demand, feedback, and market conditions
• Support urgent sourcing requests and help maintain consistent recruiting momentum across open roles
Qualifications:
• 1+ years of experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role
• Experience with recruiting and CRM platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, RecruitCRM, Greenhouse, Lever, Workable, or Bullhorn
• Familiarity with sourcing tools and hiring platforms such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, or Boolean search techniques
• Strong resume screening, candidate evaluation, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple open roles and candidate pipelines at the same time
• Fluent English, both verbal and written
• Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset
