Hiring REMOTE Senior Data Engineers – Multiple positions immediately available.
Compensation: USD $2,500 – $3,200 per month
Remote Leverage is helping multiple companies hire Senior Data Engineers. In this role, you would be working directly with one of Remote Leverage’s partner companies.
Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines across Manufacturing ERP, Retail POS, Wholesale platforms, Payroll/HR, and Accounting/Finance systems
• Architect and manage a centralized Data Warehouse (Snowflake / BigQuery / Redshift) as the single source of truth
• Clean, transform, and model data using SQL + dbt so it’s analysis-ready
• Ensure reliability: data quality checks, monitoring, and alerts for failures/anomalies
• Partner with the COO to turn business questions into dashboards and reporting (PowerBI / Tableau / Looker)
• Enable self-serve analytics for Retail, Production, and Finance teams (inventory turnover, production yield, labor costs, wholesale margins)
• Proactively surface trends and opportunities to improve operational efficiency
Qualifications:
• & Tools:
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python
• Experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift)
• Experience with pipeline/orchestration tools (Airflow, Fivetran, Prefect, or similar)
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker, or Metabase)
• 3+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, or a similar role.
• Fluent English, both verbal and written
